Thad onstage at Boston Symphony Hall

Thad onstage at Boston Symphony Hall

Here's the express version. I grew up in Needham, MA; graduated from Needham High School. I then attended Lehigh University, graduating with a BS in Computer Engineering. While at Lehigh I was very active in the Lehigh University Philharmonic Orchestra. It was a great four years!

I moved back to Massachusetts, where I worked for Brooktrout Technology for a little over six years. I met and worked with a lot of great people while I was there... I genuinely appreciate all the opportunities I had while working there.

Now, I've moved to Pennsylvania, to work for Lockheed Martin. I'm really excited about my new job and my new neighborhood!

I do a lot of random stuff in my spare time these days (see my projects). One of my activities of choice is playing the Double Bass. In Massachusetts, I played with the Newton Symphony. Good, challenging, interesting music. Playing in that group, I performed in: Boston Symphony Hall; Carnegie Hall in New York; Lincoln Center in New York (twice!); and Jordan Hall in Boston. How great is that?! July 2005, I played bass with the Brahms Society Orchestra, a really fantastic, capable group. That was an intense month of playing, absolutely worth it. Now, I'm looking for a similar Philly-area group to play in.
